20 July - David breaks the K-13 in a botched landing, and doesn't quite manage to walk away.
21 July - Andrew and Janine have a mishap which renders the K-7 u/s. We're down two gliders in two days.
And on top of that the retaining strap slips free and that puts paid to the 7's canopy...
Let's hope that's the last of the bad things that allegedly come in threes! The K-7 is fixed and ready to go; we will be doing something about GIA just as soon as we can afford it. In the meantime, we have to earn as much as possible, so fly, fly, fly! Some of you have been scarce for a while now; when are you coming back? How about the upcoming long weekend?
We believe that Carl's K-4 will be taking to the air again this weekend (14-15th September); at least we know how to put her together!
